Treating teenage acne with Aromatherapy

teenage acne

Acne is a common skin problem in adolescent girls & boys. The hormonal changes during puberty results into increased sebum production. Enlarged pores & oily T-zone are some other common teenage skin problems.

Open skin pores & excess sebum results into blocked pores, blackheads & whiteheads. When these blocked pores are infected with bacteria they cause pimple & acne. Apart from keeping your skin clean, using the following remedy can reduce the problem of teenage acne to a great extent by clearing the pores.

Facial steaming with essential oil
