You must choose between different leave on serums or solutions that are rich in ichthyol pale, eucalyptus, tea tree etc, which limits bacterial growth, control sebum production of your sebaceous glands and prevent oily dandruff. 

Eat a nutrient-rich diet with Omega-3, Vitamin B, and Zinc, stay hydrated, and limit processed foods to balance sebum and relieve your scalp from the clutches of oily dandruff.
