शिपिंग

  1. शिपिंग शुल्क - ₹499 से अधिक के ऑर्डर पर मुफ़्त शिपिंग**, भारत के लिए ₹499 से कम के ऑर्डर पर ₹50 की राशि। ₹7,000 से अधिक के ऑर्डर पर मुफ़्त शिपिंग और विदेशी देशों के लिए ₹7000 से कम के ऑर्डर पर ₹2,000 की राशि।
  2. कैश ऑन डिलीवरी विकल्प केवल भारत के लिए उपलब्ध है, और यह विकल्प विदेशी देशों के लिए उपलब्ध नहीं है; उस स्थिति में, हम शिपिंग लागत के साथ पूरा भुगतान प्राप्त करने के बाद शिपमेंट भेजते हैं

  1. भुगतान मोड: आप इंटरनेट बैंकिंग, वीज़ा, मास्टरकार्ड, रुपे कार्ड, डेबिट कार्ड, यूपी आईडी जैसे -पेटीएम आदि का उपयोग करके ऑनलाइन भुगतान कर सकते हैं।
  2. भुगतान गेटवे: पेटीएम, रेज़रपे, पेयूमनी, पेपैल
  3. अतिरिक्त शुल्क: कोई अतिरिक्त शुल्क नहीं है।

वितरण

  1. हमारे पास उसी शहर के ग्राहकों के लिए ओपन डिलीवरी सुविधाओं के साथ उसी दिन डिलीवरी का विकल्प है।
  2. पश्चिम बंगाल के ग्राहकों के लिए शिपिंग के बाद अनुमानित डिलीवरी का समय 2 से 3 दिन* है (रविवार और अन्य छुट्टियों को छोड़कर व्यावसायिक दिन); भारत के अन्य राज्यों तक पहुंचने में इसे 4 से 5 दिन लगेंगे।
  3. विदेश पहुंचने में 12 से 15 दिन लगेंगे (रविवार और अन्य छुट्टियों को छोड़कर व्यावसायिक दिन)
  4. हमारा लक्ष्य अनुमानित डिलीवरी समय के भीतर आपके उत्पादों को वितरित करके एक सुखद ग्राहक अनुभव प्रदान करना है। हालाँकि, हमारे नियंत्रण से परे अपरिहार्य और अनिर्धारित लॉजिस्टिक चुनौतियों के कारण आपके ऑर्डर की डिलीवरी में अप्रत्याशित देरी हो सकती है, जिसके लिए हम उत्तरदायी नहीं हैं। कृपया सहयोग करें क्योंकि हम आपके ऑर्डर को समय पर पूरा करने की दिशा में लगातार काम कर रहे हैं।
