Keya Seths Cosmetic ships its products to all parts of India & all over the world.

Shipping

  1. Shipping charges- Free Shipping** on orders over ₹499, with an amount of ₹50 on orders below ₹499 for India. Free shipping on orders over ₹7,000 with an amount of ₹2,000 on orders below ₹7000 for Foreign Countries.  
  2. Cash On Delivery option is available for India only, and this option is not available for Foreign Countries; in that case, we dispatch the shipment after receiving the full payment along with the shipping cost

Once the payment is confirmed and the order is processed, you will receive a tracking id and link to check the status in your registered email id and Phone Number.

Delivery

  1. We have a same-day Delivery option for the same city’s Customers with open delivery facilities.
  2. Estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 days* post shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays) for West Bengal customers; it will take 4 to 5 days to reach other states of India.
  3. For to reach Foreign Countries, it will take 12 to 15 days (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays)
  4. We aim to provide a delightful customer experience by delivering your products within the estimated delivery time. However, there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistic challenges beyond our control, for which we are not liable. Please cooperate as we are continuously working towards fulfilling your order on time.
  5. Orders placed after 5 p.m. on Fridays will be processed for shipment only on the following Mondays.
  6. * The delivery time estimates may vary slightly from State to State. Days are calculated as working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
